CHFA welcomes two retailers to board of directors
Retailers Brad Winsor, president of Nutters Everyday Naturals, and Adam Barnard, CFO of Nature’s Emporium, were among the three individuals who recently joined the Canadian Health Food Association (CHFA) board of directors.
Brad Winsor brings a wealth of expertise in navigating complex organizational structures. His career experience includes store manager for Walmart and Real Canadian Superstore, district manager for Dollarama, and regional operations manager with Nutters.
Adam Barnard brings more than 20 years of experience leveraging his skills in human resources and technology to deliver sustainable growth for organizations. Prior to joining Nature’s Emporium, Adam was the CFO for a regional grocer, and has previously held leadership roles at PwC Canada and Canadian Tire Corporation.
Also named to the board was Mackie Vadacchino, MV Strategic Consulting. She has previously served on the CHFA board.
The three new additions join Sanjiv Jagota, Nature’s Source; Mathew Holtmann, Vita Health Fresh Market; Stacey Kravitz (chair), UNFI; Isabèle Chevalier, NAD Capital; Michael Bentley, SierraSil; and Brenda Kirk, Pattison Food Group.
Departing the board upon completion of their terms were Matt Breech and Adrienne Uy.
