Nurturing young minds with educational resources that inspire

Submitted by Plant a Seed & See What Grows Foundation

Spring is coming and, as an ongoing goal to nurture young minds, the Plant a Seed & See What Grows Foundation continues to offer its educational resources to Canadian primary grade students from kindergarten to grade 3.

Over 300,000 students and 3,600 schools across Canada have benefitted from the foundation’s Seeds of Inspiration and Plant a Seed-Read! educational resources, with a 95.5 percent excellence rating from teachers!

This year, Plant a Seed Foundation is delighted to offer natural health retailers the opportunity to inspire the next generation of customers, as well as their children, grandchildren, and others with these engaging materials. Let them dig into the wonders of the seed-to-table cycle, get amazed by the sprouts of environmental stewardship, and start a forever love for planting through these colourful and fun materials—all at no cost!

What’s in it for natural health retailers?

Celebrate store anniversaries, new locations, Earth Month, Organic Month, or other special occasions with the following:

  •  Beautifully illustrated storybooks: Dive into captivating tales by Roland Gahler—perfect for your customers’ toddlers and primary graders! Each store can receive the Plant a Seed & See What Grows and What to Do with What You Grew storybooks to create memorable storytelling events.

  •  Complementary colouring books: Each child will receive their very own colouring book. This comes with a box of biodegradable soy crayons to be shared with their storytime friends in-store.

  •  Organic seeds: Sufficient seed packs are provided for your special store event for kids to plant around your store and to take home.

Thanks to the generosity of Natural Factors’ Whole Earth & Sea and ATS Healthcare, our transportation partner, all materials are free.

Seize this wonderful opportunity to enhance the learning journeys of young students in your community!
