CHFA Awards recognize “the best of the best”

In April 2024, CHFA NOW Vancouver acknowledged excellence in the Canadian natural health industry with the CHFA Industry Achievement Awards for individuals and organizations.

Community Natural Foods, Calgary, Alberta, took home the Retail Innovation Award, and Lisa Fry, Nature’s Fare Markets (Kamloops, BC, store location) won the CHFA Award for Excellence in Retail Sales.

The Brand Impact Award was presented to St. Francis Herb Farm.

Matt LeBeau, president of LeBeau Excel Sales & Marketing, was named the winner of the John Holtmann Industry Achievement Award.

Ellen Wheeler, vice president of sales for Alive Publishing Group, was named the winner of the Woman of Influence Award.

Jason Cox of Purity Life Health Products took home the CHFA Award for Excellence in Sales.

The CHFA Launch Pad winner was Freshfield Naturals Inc.’s Ocean Saving Omega. This award was sponsored by alive magazine.

The CHFA One to Watch Award went to Beckie Prime, founder of Beck’s Broth. The Agent of Change in Social Justice & Advocacy went to Gavin Mah of Biomed. Margaret Coons of Nuts for Cheese was the winner of the CHFA Celebrating Diversity Award.

The CHFA Industry Achievement Awards recognize the best of the best in the natural, organic and wellness industry. Awards range from celebrating successful teams to highlighting emerging entrepreneurs—it’s the industry’s opportunity to recognize accomplishments nationally.
