New Chapter re-launches product line in Canadian market

New Chapter held a brand re-launch at The Drake Hotel in Toronto on May 9, 2024. They reintroduced their iconic line of New Chapter vitamins, minerals, and more into the Canadian market.

 Nadiya Raphael, vice president and general manager, New Chapter Canada, said the re-launch came after the company had paused its distribution of product to the Canadian market to make adjustments to meet the distinctive regulatory framework for natural health products in Canada.

 “During this pause period, we collaborated closely with Health Canada to address regulatory concerns, fostering an environment where both parties could navigate the contrasting regulatory frameworks between Canada and key global players like the United States.”

 What this means is that natural health retailers once again have access to the New Chapter product line. “Having New Chapter supplements available again leads to more shoppers coming into stores, so it was important for us to re-enter the Canadian market.
